My husband and I both find the reception arrangements highly inconvenient. There is never a receptionist on the front desk, and any that are visible have their backs to the waiting room. Granted, they are all busy typing etc, but there is no way of getting their attention if you haven't got an appointment but just have a general query. Which of us has time these days to stand waiting for someone to happen to turn round and see us - if we are lucky? There isn't even a bell on the desk. Why can't there be someone at the front desk like there used to be?

Dr Greg fantastic and lovely cared my infection (chest) and now fit for allude. Also very happy with how easier to get med prescriptions. Dr Greg, Dr Stanes and Dr Solomon great, fantastic doctors please keep them :-). Get treated well and with respect at all times.

Once again I would like to thank you for a brilliant surgery You are kind, personable and efficient I have never to wait very long for an appointment Eg I ran on Friday to talk about a few minor 'ailments' explaining it wasn't urgent but you had space and I came in Friday afternoon The doctor was lovely and put my mind at ease I feel very privileged to be a member of your surgery I have total confidence in whoever I see and am very grateful for the care you give to my husband and myself We even checked the surgery boundaries before we moved house recently as we didn't want to go to anyone else!!

Drs call back system works great - it means I always got to see a doctor if I need to, or it gets sorted on the phone saving us both time.
